About The Position

Kindeva is hiring an Inspector to help produce products that support patients’ health and well-being. The role requires adherence to batch record instructions, standard operating procedures, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and applicable departmental procedures. The Inspector qualifies on manual and automated inspection systems, visually examines units for defects, checks unit weights for correct fill volume, maintains accountability records, performs housekeeping duties, and participates in process improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience, or military/veteran experience, or an associate degree in a science-related discipline.

Nice To Haves

• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch record instructions, SOPs, cGMPs, and applicable departmental procedures.
• Qualify on manual and automated inspection systems.
• Visually inspect units for defects.
• Perform weight checks on basic units to verify correct fill volume.
• Maintain accountability records, including tally sheets, label preparation, and batch record information.
• Perform departmental housekeeping to maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
• Participate in process improvement activities.
