About The Position
This entry-level role picks and prepares customer orders for pickup, delivery, or shipment while supporting inventory accuracy. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable.

Responsibilities
- Locate and pick ordered merchandise
- Verify items and prepare orders for handoff
- Stage completed orders in designated areas
- Assist customers or delivery partners during onsite pickups when assigned
