About The Position
This entry-level role selects products accurately from inventory to fulfill customer or store orders. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable.

Responsibilities
- Follow pick lists or handheld-device instructions
- Locate and select correct products and quantities
- Stage completed picks for packing or shipment
- Report shortages, damage, or inventory discrepancies
