About The Position
As a Material Handler, you will pick products as outlined in each customer order for outbound shipments on a daily basis, working in a clean environment with a focus on safety to help deliver products to our customers daily. Phillips Pet Food & Supplies has been delivering happiness to pets and their people since 1938 and is looking for Material Handlers to help keep tails wagging. The role is full-time and involves working in a clean environment with a focus on safety.
Requirements
- Solid work experience with longevity- must have been at one job for longer than 2 years
- Able to perform duties in the warehouse, not afraid of heights, and able to lift more than 50 pounds
- Pass a 5-year criminal background check and mouth swab drug test
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders using an order picker/cherry picker/RF scanner
- Build pallets and stage them for outbound shipments
- Keep safety first—PPE required, teamwork encouraged
