About The Position

We are currently hiring for Fulfillment / Order Picker / Kitting positions. This is a temp-to-full-time role with a pay rate of $17/hr, with a potential raise after a 90-day probation period. We have both Day and Swing shifts available. The role involves picking items using RF scanners, packaging products, and kitting specific items for shipment. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for 8 hours, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand and speak English.
• Able to work repetitively and stand for 8 hours.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Picking items using RF scanners and a pick list, aiming for 80-130 items per hour.
• Placing picked items into carts with small bins, with items weighing up to 20 lbs.
• Moving carts to the packaging area.
• Packaging products by placing them in boxes, labeling, and performing data entry.
• Inputting product information into the computer.
• Kitting small items (protein powder, smoothies, juices, milkshakes, etc.) into small boxes.
• Labeling kitted items and placing them into larger boxes.
• Building pallets for shipment, with items weighing up to 30 lbs.
