About The Position

As a member of Kaeser's Order Management team, the Order Management Correspondent helps nationwide branches and their customers enter and manage equipment and parts sales orders. The role provides customer service and works with internal teams, including Finance, Contract Management, and Warehouse, while also communicating directly with customers. This is an hourly position with an annual pay range of $42,500–$45,000, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of basic business practices.
• Good communication and phone skills.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in G-Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred.
• SAP experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist nationwide branches and their customers with entering and managing equipment and parts sales orders.
• Provide customer service to help customers obtain the compressed air system that best meets their needs.
• Work with Finance, Contract Management, and Warehouse teams.
• Communicate directly with customers.
