About The Position

This full-time position supports efficient order fulfillment by preparing and shipping customer orders accurately, safely, and on time. The role requires the ability to work quickly, cleanly, and efficiently while maintaining strong attention to quality and detail. Staff rotate between key fulfillment tasks, including picking, scanning, boxing, and shipping, and must be able to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic warehouse environment. This position begins at $18.00/hour with benefits after 90 days. We are looking to fill full time staff positions with production minded individuals who are driven to succeed.

Requirements

Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Communicate competently with their supervisors for any questions, concerns or issues that arise.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and other business software.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Adapt quickly while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, certifications, company policies, safety standards, quality requirements, and sustainability initiatives.
Maintain reliable attendance and arrive at work on time.
Follow instructions and respond appropriately to supervisory feedback.
Continuously develop job knowledge and skills to improve performance.
Follow MRH procedures and protocols, including policies established for the Order Fulfillment Department.
Apply knowledge gained through onboarding and training to manage daily workflows accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail.
Accurately pick customer orders, scan items, prepare packages, box orders, apply shipping materials, and support department workflows according to established procedures and quality standards.
Verify order accuracy by ensuring products match the itemized invoice and packing slip.
Check lot numbers for accuracy and correctly follow first-in, first-out SOPs.
Account for all goods on the packing slip during the scanning process.
Notify Leads or Supervisors of needed changes to workflows, bin locations, or other processes when inconsistencies or inefficiencies are observed.
Accurately input, generate, and print paid shipping labels.
Give special attention to expedited orders and ensure the correct shipping method is used.
Package and ship mail packets and parcels received from in-house offices.
Route domestic and international shipments accurately and according to established procedures.
Palletize packages for shipment or organize them in the correct shipping totes.
Demonstrate willingness to learn and safely perform new procedures and use new equipment and technologies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
