About The Position

As an Order Fulfillment Processor, you will help the team pick, pack, audit, ticket, and tag products for clients involved in the active lifestyle. The role involves leading and delegating order fulfillment work, supporting team training, coordinating labor plans with the Supervisor, and completing general warehouse duties while meeting service-level agreements. Success requires reliability, accuracy, efficiency, safety awareness, and consideration for how your work affects others. The position is located at 15101 Santa Ana Ave. #102, Fontana, CA 92337, and pays $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

At least 2 years of prior experience in warehousing or light industrial work.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook.
Must be 18 years or older.
Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders or stairs, working at heights in elevated areas, and tolerating dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through on assignments with minimal direction, and maintain strong attention to detail.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Oversee the training and cross-training of team members.
Lead and delegate a variety of order fulfillment tasks while working within SLA.
Collaborate with the Supervisor to plan labor requirements based on forecasts and direction from the Client Services team.
Pick, pack, scan, and tag products, and perform other general warehouse duties.
Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures.
Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy at all times.
