About The Position
A hands-on warehouse leadership role at a growing regenerative medicine company. You'll oversee daily fulfillment operations while actively picking, packing, shipping, managing inventory, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Leadership or team coordination experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Excel
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Fishbowl, HubSpot, shipping systems, or FDA-regulated environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the fulfillment team
- Coordinate shipping and order processing
- Train and onboard employees
- Perform quality control checks
- Manage inventory, cycle counts, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Help improve warehouse processes and efficiency
