Tilray is seeking a highly motivated and organized Order Fulfillment Associate to ensure customer orders are processed, packaged, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role is crucial for delivering an excellent customer experience, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Ability to read and follow instructions carefully.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 60lbs)
Good communication skills and a positive attitude when working as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse or logistics (preferred).

Responsibilities

Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all necessary details are captured and orders are filled correctly.
Inspect/verify products to ensure correct items and quantities.
Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are safely and securely packaged.
Work collaboratively with other departments (inventory, patient care) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Ensure proper labeling and documentation (if needed), following company SOP.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
