About The Position

As an Order Filler, you’ll be the key to making sure customers get their groceries on time, fresh, and exactly as ordered! This role is located at the Fort Gregg-Adams Commissary. Requirements

Valid RealID
Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.
Willing to learn new tasks.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
Ability to consistently meet nightly stocking and case-count goals.
Good attitude and treats everyone with respect.
Gets along well with others and talks clearly with the team.

Responsibilities

Pick orders quickly and accurately using a handheld device to navigate the store and gather items from each customer’s list.
Check product quality, selecting only the freshest items and avoiding anything damaged.
Pack and stage orders for pickup or delivery, bagging or toting items neatly and placing them in the correct area.
Handle substitutions by following guidelines to choose the best alternative when an item is out of stock.
Stay efficient and safe by moving at a steady pace while meeting time goals.
Maintain a clean workspace by wiping down areas, returning stray items, and keeping shelves organized.
Collaborate with the team, working with other departments and communicating with leads or supervisors as needed.
