About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Order Filler Picker to play a part in one of the world’s most essential industries. This position is for a customer start-up site in Olive Branch, MS, supporting logistics and order fulfillment within the computer hardware industry. The role is based in a new, climate-controlled facility. The Order Filler Picker will be responsible for safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders, replenishing or picking product with direction from pick sheets or a hand-held computer, and obtaining merchandise from bins or shelves to fill the order.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months experience in a warehouse
• A minimum of 6 months experience operating a manual pallet jack
• A minimum of 6 months experience using an RF Scanner
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. throughout assigned shift
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System such as Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, AS400
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 6 months computer experience in a warehouse environment
• 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming freight packages to scan and sort for put-away
• Pick and pack customer orders
• Prepare packages for outbound shipping
• Efficiently pick customer orders or shipment insuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Accurately count product inventory by location
• Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist in physical inventories
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area
