About The Position
We are seeking motivated individuals who are interested in building a long-term career and growing with our company. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding, and highly repetitive role. The Mail Transport Equipment Service Center (MTESC) manages mail transport equipment, including sacks, trays, pallets and wheeled containers. As an Order Processor you will sort through these items and inspect them for damage, once inspected they will be palletized for the next shipment. If mandatory overtime is required, your overtime schedule will be Monday, Thursday, and Friday either 4am - 2:30pm or 6am - 4:30pm (10-hour shifts) and Saturday's if needed 6am-2:30pm.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of one year of warehouse experience
- Non-nicotine users preferred
- Stand and remain in constant motion throughout the duration of their shift
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Work comfortably in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature fluctuations
- Ability to identify all parts associated with sorting
- Ability to identify damaged or non-conforming stock
- Ability to meet production numbers
- Ability to stand and move for entire shift
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and push/pull 40 pounds
- Enjoys working a team environment
- Familiar with basic math
- Follow processes
- Good verbal communication skills
- Reliable – will be on time and work scheduled shifts
- Follow instruction from supervisor
- Performs other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
- Inspect, sort, and palletize trays, sleeves, bags, pallets, and lids
