Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Excellent attention to detail with strong accuracy and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support a growing team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous order entry, customer service, administrative, or data entry experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer orders into the company’s ERP/order management system.
• Review purchase orders for completeness, pricing, quantities, and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Shipping to ensure timely order processing.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to internal teams.
• Resolve order discrepancies and work with customers to obtain missing information.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Assist with processing changes, cancellations, and expedited requests.
• Support the launch of the new product line by ensuring orders are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
