About The Position

The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for cataloging information accurately. This role involves transferring data from paper logs to digital spreadsheets, checking data for inaccuracies, and organizing files. Depending on the position, hiring company, and project volume, Data Entry Representatives may also take on other administrative tasks. This is a Contract to Hire position.

Requirements

  • 50+ typing skills with accuracy
  • LTL and package shipping experience is helpful
  • Good understanding of workflow processes including billing, returns, credits and how they tie in together
