About The Position

Provide processing support for offsite vendor servicing of calibration assets and procurement of applicable parts and/or resources. This includes but is not limited to, quote requests, financing requisitions, order placements, shipment generation and receiving.

Requirements

  • High-school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be a US Citizen and have ability to acquire a Secret clearance.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar back‑office role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior exposure to order‑management systems is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using ERP/CRM or order‑entry software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
  • Exposure to technical specifications and terminology.
