About The Position

This is a contract position based out of Saint Cloud, MN, focused on high-volume administrative tasks within a supply chain environment. The role involves managing and processing purchase orders, maintaining order acknowledgements, and performing general supply chain clerical work. A key aspect of the job is managing an email inbox and making necessary phone calls to vendors for follow-ups. Attention to detail with part numbers and order numbers is crucial. The duration of this assignment is dependent on the company finding a permanent backfill for their Buyer 2 position, meaning the role could end before two months or extend beyond that timeframe. Candidates must be comfortable with this potential for early termination.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of high-volume admin experience.
  • Ability to make phone calls to vendors when needed.
  • Detail-oriented with part numbers and order numbers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a large company preferred.
  • Specific industry experience is not required.
