About The Position

As a member of Swire Coca-Cola’s Warehouse team, the Order Builder helps ensure customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so stores remain stocked. The role builds delivery loads by selecting a variety of products and placing them onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation for shipment, while ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Work takes place in a fast-paced warehouse using powered industrial trucks and requires adherence to warehouse safety standards at all times.

The schedule is 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pay is $24.50 per hour. The job posting identifies the position as Job Level 1.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; lifting may be repetitive.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
• Prior experience using a manual or powered pallet jack or forklift.

Responsibilities

• Use voice-picking software and powered industrial equipment, including a pallet jack and/or hand truck, to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallets.
• Build accurate, quality product orders and secure them for transport before loading into delivery trucks.
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas.
• Inspect equipment daily and perform minor maintenance as needed to ensure safe operation.
• Complete required training.
• Restock product in picking areas as needed.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
