About The Position

An established international organization is seeking an experienced Order Administrator to join its customer operations team. In this role, you'll process customer purchase orders, support retail accounts, maintain ERP data, coordinate electronic order processing, and work closely with sales and operations to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of ERP order entry experience
• Experience processing high-volume customer orders
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer purchase orders
• Maintain customer records within an ERP system
• Support electronic order processing (EDI)
• Communicate order status and product availability
• Resolve shipping, billing, and order issues

• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams
