We are looking for an experienced chairside Oral Surgery Dental Assistant who is reliable, takes pride in their work, and helps create a positive experience for patients and teammates. This hands-on, in-person role supports the oral surgeon during procedures and also helps patients understand treatment recommendations and costs, schedule their next visit, and stay engaged with their care. The office has full schedules, and each clinical team member contributes to keeping the day running smoothly. The role requires predictable, on-time attendance for the full scheduled shift, patient-focused engagement, a professional attitude, teamwork, comfort discussing costs and financial arrangements, and ownership of scheduling and follow-up. Employees are expected to maintain appropriate hygiene and grooming and wear clean scrubs each shift. The hiring process includes a phone screen and an in-office working interview. Prior employers are contacted for references, including questions about attendance, dependability, and teamwork; candidates should provide at least two supervisor references. Offers depend on satisfactory reference and background checks. New team members complete a 90-day introductory period.
