About The Position

Dental One Associates, in partnership with Valley Dental Associates, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Time Oral Surgeon to support specialty care across multiple high-performing offices in the Baltimore market, including Cross Keys, Westminster, Owings Mills, and Bel Air. These practices are collectively referring out over $4 million in oral surgery production annually, creating a rare opportunity to step into immediate demand, strong case volume, and a full schedule from day one. This role is ideal for an Oral Surgeon seeking clinical autonomy, consistent referrals, and the stability of a guaranteed base salary within a professionally managed, patient-focused environment. Requirements

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Certificate for an accredited US Oral Surgery Residency Program
  • Active dental license in the state of practice

Responsibilities

  • Provide oral and maxillofacial surgical specialty care across multiple offices
  • Examine, diagnose, and treat a wide spectrum of oral and maxillofacial conditions
  • Perform procedures including dental implants, third molar removal, and related surgical treatments
  • Develop and present treatment plans based on clinical examinations and diagnostic imaging
  • Educate patients on procedures, treatment options, and post-operative care
  • Collaborate closely with referring dentists and in-house clinical teams
  • Maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and surgical excellence
  • Remain current with evolving technologies and standards of care through continuing education
