About The Position

This is a full-scope oral surgery role. The bulk of the work centers on IV sedation and conscious sedation cases, surgical extractions including impacted third molars, implants, complex extractions, alveoloplasty, and pre-prosthetic surgery, pathology, biopsies, and the broader scope of OMFS within an outpatient setting. The practice provides patients, staff, instruments, assistants, and back-office support, allowing the surgeon to focus on patient care.

Requirements

DDS or DMD with completed OMFS residency (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery).
Active Arizona dental license (or eligible and willing to obtain).
Current DEA registration and Arizona sedation permit (or actively pursuing).
Comfortable running a busy surgical schedule and leading a chairside team.
Patient-first mindset.
