We are actively seeking an Oral Surgeon to join our dental team on a PRN basis. This is a moonlighting opportunity designed to fit the schedule you already have — not replace it. Our oral surgery program gives providers a meaningful way to extend their impact without the overhead or long-term commitment of a full-time position. Requirements

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care in a community dental setting

Responsibilities

• Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases
• Provide surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate
• Deliver oral surgery care efficiently and safely in a well-supported dental environment
• Partner with our dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care

Benefits

• Daily compensation of $1,200–$5,000 — structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production
