About The Position

Vista Oral Surgery is seeking a driven, clinically excellent Oral Surgeon who wants more than an associate role. This is an opportunity to launch and lead a brand-new, state-of-the-art practice in North Raleigh, NC, with ownership from day one. The practice is a purpose-built surgical facility opened in 2024, backed by a growth-minded, doctor-led dental group. The role involves delivering exceptional surgical and patient care, collaborating with a clinical and support team, leading with positivity, professionalism, and integrity, and engaging in continued education and practice growth.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited OMFS residency
• Active state license (or ability to obtain)
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality patient care
• Desire to grow clinically, professionally, and as a business partner
