About The Position

Dream Dental is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Oral Surgeon to join our thriving practice in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. We are flexible and open to a variety of schedules, including one day per week or two days per month, making this an excellent opportunity for a surgeon looking to supplement an existing practice or build a long-term partnership. Dream Dental is a well-established, high-volume practice supported by three experienced general dentists, 14 modern operatories, three full-time hygienists, state-of-the-art technology and equipment, a beautiful, spacious office environment, a strong patient base with significant surgical referral opportunities, and an experienced and collaborative clinical team.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
  • Active Tennessee dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong surgical and patient communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
  • State license and malpractice insurance
  • Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications
  • Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to keep detailed records
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
  • Patience when dealing with patients and staff
  • Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care
  • Great problem solving
