Oral Surgeon
About The Position
Gentle Dental is seeking an Oral Surgeon to join their Southern California team, supporting patients at their Chula Vista practice one day per month. This role offers flexibility with both W-2 employment and 1099 independent contractor arrangements. The position is ideal for an Oral Surgeon looking to add a consistent monthly day to their schedule while collaborating with an established dental team. Gentle Dental's group-practice model emphasizes clinical autonomy, operational support, and collaboration, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care. This role will help expand access to specialty care in the community.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Oral Surgery Residency program
- Graduate of an accredited dental school
- Active California dental license or ability to obtain one by the start of employment
- Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI
Responsibilities
- Provide oral surgery services one day per month at the Gentle Dental Chula Vista practice.
- Build a relationship with an established dental team.
- Expand access to specialty care for patients in the community.
