About The Position
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon – Associate Leading to Partnership. Desert Oral Surgery is seeking a highly motivated, board-certified or board-eligible oral and maxillofacial surgeon to lead our Palm Springs location, with the backing of two nearby partner practices and experienced surgeons available for collaboration and coverage. This is a full-scope surgical opportunity with experienced clinical and operational support, and a clear vision for long-term growth in the Coachella Valley.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program.
- Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery or actively pursuing certification.
- Valid dental license in California (or in the process of obtaining).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Palm Springs location practice.
- Drive optimal patient care and focus on desired scope of practice.
- Participate in Level 1 Trauma Center Call Contract.
- Grow the practice through referral development program.
