About The Position

Riverside Oral Surgery is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join its Edison, New Jersey partners in a practice with steady patient flow. The role offers a partnership opportunity in a surgeon-led platform that emphasizes clinical excellence, protected autonomy, and shared success. The surgeon will deliver the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, diagnose and manage complex cases, collaborate with surgeons and support teams, develop referral relationships, and lead and mentor colleagues. Candidates should be committed to exceptional patient care, clinical integrity, collaboration, autonomy, and continued improvement. Compensation is $350,000–$400,000 per year, with productivity incentives. The package includes comprehensive benefits, a signing bonus, relocation assistance, equity purchase opportunity, malpractice coverage, paid time off, and a continuing education allowance. Dedicated administrative and clinical support is provided. Riverside Oral Surgery was founded more than 15 years ago and has grown to 9 locations, 15 surgeons, and more than 100 team members. Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Board-certified or board-eligible in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
New Jersey state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
