Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
About The Position
Midland Oral Surgery & Implant Centers is seeking a motivated oral and maxillofacial surgeon to join their highly regarded, full-scope group practice as they add new locations in the Chicago metro area. The position offers a walk-in, well-established referral base and the opportunity to scale the practice to the surgeon's ideal scope and volume with full support from clinical, operations, and marketing teams. Board-certified surgeons provide mentorship and a collaborative environment. The role emphasizes clinical independence and empowerment with a focus on patient care and referral relationships, supported by a marketing and practice development program. Access to the full complement of digital and technological advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery is provided, along with a positive work/life balance due to full business and administrative support and no required hospital call.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program
- Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery or actively pursuing certification
- Illinois Dental License (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills

- Residents (at any training phase, PGY 2-6) and experienced surgeons are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures.
- Manage the facial region's hard and soft tissues.
- Provide patient care and build referral relationships.
