We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst In this role, you will: Work with Solution’s Architect to finalize design solution for Screening solution Develop and Unit Test code in Oracle Watch list Screening. Work Closely with QA team to complete System Test and System integration testing. Work with new /junior team members to train them on the project/product Work with team members in collaborative way to deliver the required change During the Release will have to provide support as per the release window. Weekend work may be involved depending on the release window. Update your POD Lead/Manager of risk issues in timely manner.

Requirements

• Expertise in Oracle Watch list Screening (OWS) tool
• Functional Knowledge of Screening using OWS tool is a must
• Experience in using Jira and Confluence
• Experience is writing complex SQL queries to perform data analysis, Unix Shell Scripting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exposure to DevOps and Agile methodology (Automated deployments & experience on Trouble shooting Production issues

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to Real Time screening implementation/Concepts would be added advantage
• Exposure to Control-M scheduling took would be added advantage
