About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives. Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes. Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness. Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks. Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets. Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies. Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals. Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations. Requirements

Oracle Fusion Cloud/EBS SCM Solution Architect
Driving the end-to-end solution for SCM stream
Ensuring deliverables meet functional requirements and design specifications
Interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes
Documenting and preparing the configuration activities
Contributing to solution in different phases of the consulting lifecycle
Intensely involved in business process consulting
Define the problem, propose and create the solution
Play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution
Guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope
Shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
Hands-on experience in OM, WIP, BOM, INV
Must have implementation experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle cloud
Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle SCM modules (OM, WIP, BOM, INV)
Led at least two full cycle Oracle cloud implementations as a finance lead/architect
Experience in configure to order industry, and understanding of projects linked manufacturing
Understanding of oracle project methodology (OUM) and agile and testing strategies such as conference room pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
Knowledge of FBDI templates, integration and data migration concepts
OTBI, BIP, FRS reporting capabilities
Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Experience with legacy ERP to EBS migration or hybrid multi-ERP environments
Knowledge of Oracle Projects and its integration with Supply chains
