About The Position

This role focuses on the end-to-end configuration and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), ensuring a high-quality experience for users across multiple countries. The ideal candidate is a technical-functional professional who can navigate the complexities of Oracle Verified Integrations (OVI), write Fast Formulas, and apply Design Thinking to solve business problems. You will work with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions while ensuring seamless integration with Core HR.
