Delivery Lead - Oracle Recruiting Cloud
About The Position
As a Delivery Lead - Oracle Recruiting Cloud here at Honeywell, you will spearhead the successful delivery and implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs. You will drive project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes that enhance recruiting processes and technology adoption. You will report directly to our Sr. IT Manager, and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of Honeywell’s talent acquisition capabilities by leading Oracle Recruiting Cloud projects that streamline recruitment workflows, improve user experience, and support strategic hiring goals across the organization.
