About The Position

The Record to Report/Asset to Retire Lead Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing financial accounting processes, fixed‑asset lifecycle administration, and end‑to‑end solution integrity within Oracle ERP Cloud. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance adherence, streamlined asset management, and effective integration across core finance modules. They will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional SMEs to deliver a high‑quality, scalable, and compliant financial solution.

Requirements

Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E‑Business Suite in General Ledger and Fixed Assets
Deep understanding of accounting principles, fixed‑asset lifecycle processes, and period‑close operations
Hands‑on experience configuring R2R and A2R modules, designing process flows, and conducting UAT
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities
Experience leading workshops and cross‑functional teams in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions

Additional working knowledge of other ERP Cloud modules and integrations
Willingness to upskill and certify in Oracle Cloud modules as designated by project
Advanced Degree
15+ years of industry experience
