Requirements

  • Previous Consulting experience in Human Capital Management or in-house consulting in an Payroll capacity
  • Participated in client workshops and hands on experience in implementation and technical support
  • Creation of documentation and training materials and knowledge transfer to clients and training of super users
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
  • Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements from the client on their HCM requirements especially Payroll and broader business requirements and how they align to Oracle functionality.
  • Work with our team to configure the Oracle solution to meet the customers’ Payroll related and broader HCM requirements
  • Help clients and systems team test the Oracle solution
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate customers on the Oracle solution
  • Recommend best practices to solve complex client requirements
  • Assist in developing functional specification for reports and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve of testing errors and issues in configuration, business processes, data conversion, documentation or the user's lack of experience
  • Maintain Oracle certifications and qualifications
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
