About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle JDEdwards Lead Developer with 10-12 years of experience. The role requires a strong background in JDE technical areas including FDA, RDA, NER, and BSFN, with a good understanding of master business functions and power forms. The candidate will be responsible for system architecture development, partitioning functionality, and designing application interfaces. Experience with software development methodologies and structured approaches is essential. The role also involves validation of testing, troubleshooting development issues, performing unit tests, and recommending system improvements with risk mitigation analysis. Responsibilities include issue analysis, bug fixing, debugging, and troubleshooting standard JDE programs. The Lead Developer will also train the customer's internal JDEdwards technical team and work with BI Publisher. A good understanding of integrating JDEdwards with external systems using Business Services/Orchestrator is required. Experience in JDE advanced warehousing and TMS modules is preferable. The ability to work in a multi-vendor environment and coordinate with stakeholders across different timezones is also necessary.

Requirements

• Awareness of systems management and operational support tools
• Working experience on BI Publisher.
• Good Understanding of Integrating JD Edwards with external systems using Business Services/Orchestrator.
• Should be able to work in a multi vendor environment and coordinate with stakeholders across different timezones

Nice To Haves

• Security and or infrastructure experience would also be a significant advantage.
• Experience in JDE advanced warehousing and TMS modules is preferable.

Responsibilities

• System architecture development, partitioning of functionality among applications and components and application interfaces, interoperability concerns.
• Validation of testing completed in implementation life cycle of JD Edwards.
• Troubleshoot development issues and recommend solutions.
• Perform unit tests to verify the application functionality against the requirements/design specification.
• Provide recommendations for system improvements whenever required.
• Analyze risk mitigation during the systems improvements.
• Issue analysis and bug fixing, debugging and trouble-shooting the Standard Programs in JDE which involves (NERs, C BFNs etc.).
• Train customer internal JDEdwards technical team on technical aspects.
• Integrate JD Edwards with external systems using Business Services/Orchestrator.
