About The Position

Join a dynamic team driving the modernization of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) for a prominent organization in Chicago. As an Oracle Integrations Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role collaborating across Finance, IT, and business units to analyze, design, and deliver integration solutions that transform enterprise financial systems. Apply your expertise in Oracle EBS and AI-powered workflow tools to accelerate digital transformation and process automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience within Finance, ERP systems, or large enterprise IT programs.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and core financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement).
• Professional experience with AI productivity or workflow automation tools (AgenticAI, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) for at least 6 months.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
• Strong documentation, requirement gathering, and process analysis skills.
• Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades and financial system integrations (e.g., Oracle with Coupa, Workday, PeopleSoft, UKG, SAP).

Nice To Haves

• Direct experience with Oracle EBS in a Finance or IT capacity.
• Background in Oracle Fusion Cloud or other major ERP platforms.
• Exposure to modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, or ETL.
• Experience in the aviation or transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for Oracle EBS modernization.
• Analyze current financial and operational processes; identify gaps; define future-state workflows that align with modernization objectives.
• Drive improvements and enhancements to Oracle EBS integrations, particularly in procurement, HCM, and payroll systems.
• Produce comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Utilize AgenticAI or similar AI tools to streamline analysis, documentation, and process automation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate solutions and confirm alignment with business needs.
• Support data mapping, data validation, and data migration activities.
