About The Position

The Oracle Health Federal Testing Team is seeking candidates to join the Testing and Quality Assurance team. We support federal clients implementing Cerner Millennium Software by testing a variety of changes. Our purpose is to ensure the system is working as designed with the goal to prevent defects prior to release in production. The work we do is important as it directly impacts patient safety and the end user experience. Our team supports a variety of testing efforts including functional, data migration, interface, upgrades, infrastructure changes, and integration validation testing. We also coordinate and execute regression testing, sustainment (ongoing support) testing, and interface localization validation, and play a role in formal test planning and reporting requirements for highly regulated federal environments. As a Portfolio Lead, you will play a crucial role in verifying the functionality of the electronic medical software used by federal agencies. This is a client facing role working with the Government; you will be expected to lead meetings and test sessions with client representation attending. Your primary goal will be to ensure a quality product is provided to the end users through testing oversight and execution. The work you do will contribute to the successful implementation of EHR systems and improve the lives and healthcare experience for active duty service members, veterans, and their care teams.

Requirements

Experience in testing electronic medical software.
Client-facing experience, working with government clients.
Ability to lead meetings and test sessions.
Experience with testing oversight and execution.

Responsibilities

Oversee and execute testing of Cerner Millennium Software for federal clients.
