The Clinical Informaticist Deployment Site Practitioner supports the full lifecycle of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation across multiple medical centers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing/organizing discovery efforts at various hospitals & clinics (i.e. sites) related to workflows, clinical services, SOPs, shared services, & research information and perform post discovery analysis to inform functional & clinical scope and requirements. You will help build an understanding of the client's standard capabilities requirements, workflows and services that are essential to deliver meaningful discovery and gap analysis. As the Oracle Health Project Manager Workstream Lead, you will: Lead cross‑functional deployment teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure successful execution across sites Plan and manage complex, multi‑site programs, aligning workstreams to strategic objectives, timelines, and resource constraints Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support program execution and decision‑making Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, escalating appropriately to minimize impact on scope, schedule, and quality Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and resolve dependencies.
