This position involves significant collaboration with clinical and functional stakeholders, semi-frequent travel to deployment sites, and hands-on involvement in discovery, analysis, readiness, and adoption activities. Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle Health EHR (Oracle Cerner) or similar EHR vendors
  • Prior involvement in system deployments, workflow analysis, or clinical transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support discovery efforts at hospitals and clinics to understand existing workflows, clinical services, SOPs, shared services, and research-related information.
  • Conduct post-discovery analysis to inform functional and clinical scope, system requirements, and capability needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s standard capabilities, workflows, and services to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Build recommendations for addressing capability gaps and ensuring functional readiness throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and clinical end users, translating functional requirements into actionable guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with Change Management (CM) and End User Engagement & Adoption (EUEA) teams to provide clinical expertise and deployment support.
  • Support User Readiness Assessments (URA), data collection and build activities, testing cycles, training, and adoption events.
  • Travel semi-frequently to hospitals and clinics across multiple geographic regions.
