As a Functional Site Assessor, you will support pre-deployment discovery activities for an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation across multiple medical centers. The Work: This is a float role designed to move from deployment wave to deployment wave, providing targeted, on site support during the most critical phases of pre deployment and deployment.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
  • 3+ years of Previous experience performing assessments in hospital or clinic environments.
  • 3 + years of experience with clinical information systems and workflows.
  • 3+ years of experience with both inpatient and outpatient operations.
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle EHR or a comparable EHR platform (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Clinical Discovery Questionnaire walkthroughs on-site at hospitals and clinics.
  • Analyze collected information to identify clinical and functional needs across inpatient and outpatient services.
  • Collaborate closely with specialty Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address unique clinical service areas.
  • Ensure that standard clinical capabilities, workflows, and services are fully considered during discovery and gap analysis.
  • Synthesize findings into clear, comprehensive assessments that support planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with client stakeholders; significant client interaction is expected.
  • Travel frequently (up to 75%) to various healthcare facilities across multiple regions.
