About The Position

This role is for an Oracle HCM Technical/Functional resource to support Oracle HCM SAAS system administration and development. Responsibilities include configuration setup, report and dashboard development, security enhancements, workflow and journey management, and supporting Redwood conversion and maintenance across HCM modules. The role involves creating and updating configurations, developing enhancements in the production environment, and collaborating with functional and IT teams to assess and mitigate the impact of patches. It also includes logging and resolving Service Requests (SRs) with internal business, technical, and Oracle teams, and providing critical configuration and technical assistance for Redwood migration and new module implementations.

Requirements

Ability to create and edit reports using RTF, BI, and OTBI in Oracle HCM / Data Fusion Analytics (3 Years)
Ability to create global and secured dashboards (3 Years)
Setup and configuration of HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, Help Desk, Safety, ORC, Learning) (3 Years)
Ability to create and maintain journeys (contextualized, guided, and regular) (3 Years)
Ability to set up and troubleshoot transactional workflows (3 Years)
Experience with HDL loads

Responsibilities

System administration and development for Oracle HCM SAAS.
Configuration setup and maintenance.
Report and Dashboard development using RFT, OTBI, and BI tools, including implementing Data Fusion analytics.
Creating new journeys, specifically contextualized and guided journeys to support transactional processes.
Providing technical expertise for production enhancement activities related to Talent areas (performance evaluations, touch points, goals, talent review, succession planning).
Facilitating conversion from Responsive UI to Redwood for existing functionality and enhancements.
Assisting with complex user issue resolution.
Addressing functional changes in system modules including ORC, Comp, HCM, Health and Safety, Case Management/help desk, Profiles, Learning.
Supporting, building, and setting up HDL and interface activities, particularly for position workforce structures, job and position profiles.
Working with functional and IT teams to assess and mitigate the impact of upcoming patches.
Logging and working Service Requests (SRs) to resolution with Internal business, technical, and Oracle teams.
