About The Position
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Tester, you will lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests. You will apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to meet the team’s overall test objectives while coaching and advising testers as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Oracle Tester with TOSCA, including experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in defining and implementing metrics to assess testing processes.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and ensure alignment on testing objectives.
- Oracle Cloud Certification
