About The Position

BRMi is seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Analyst to focus on the Core HR and Position Management modules, as well as Redwood enablement. This role is part of the HR Technology team, responsible for delivering strategic recommendations and implementing new content and features to provide best-in-class solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, with a strong focus on Oracle Core HR.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM module.
  • Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows, notifications, and integrations between various applications.
  • Advanced skill to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team.
  • Experience with guiding and mentoring others.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, or have a GC EAD or TN Visa. F1 OPT, H1, and H4 will not be considered.
  • This is a W2 opportunity only.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing support of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring the stability and performance of products and platforms across production and non-production environments.
  • Support HCM releases and enable new Oracle Cloud features/functionality.
  • Provide recommendations and develop solutions to enhance user adoption and the employee experience within Core HR and Redwood pages.
  • Collaborate with peers to identify opportunities for enhancing user adoption and the employee experience in Oracle HCM, and deliver identified solutions.
  • Work Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and communicate updates to peers.
  • Provide training and support to the HR Technology team on Core HR best practices.
  • Share recommendations for feature usage and implement approved recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot HCM-related issues and provide expert-level recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation and training materials to support user adoption and compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
