Oracle HCM Security Lead
About The Position
The Oracle HCM Security Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the security architecture within Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM). This role ensures that role-based access controls, data privacy, and compliance requirements are met across all HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits. The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle HCM security, partnering closely with HR, IT, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to safeguard sensitive employee data while enabling appropriate system access for end users.
Requirements
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) security
- Knowledge of role-based access controls
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits)
- Subject matter expertise in Oracle HCM security
- Ability to partner with HR, IT, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders
