Requirements

  • At least 3 years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Payroll
  • SQL query experience
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
  • Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Core HR functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Core HR configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
  • Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR reports.
