About The Position

Accenture is seeking an Oracle HCM Compensation Lead with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation. This role involves designing and implementing compensation solutions, gathering and synthesizing requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes within Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will provide expertise and guidance, translate requirements into configuration tasks, and support testing and go-live activities. Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business needs.

Requirements

Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with emphasis on Compensation
Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Nice To Haves

Good Cross-Functional exposure to other HCM modules
Experience implementing Redwood Pages and using VBS
Gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to deliver large scale implementation projects

Responsibilities

Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation.
Work with Client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize upstream and downstream HR processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, etc.
Provide expertise and guidance, translating requirements into detailed configuration tasks across compensation plans, eligibility profiles, budgeting, worksheets, total comp statement, grades/grade step progression, salary differentials, etc.
Create functional and technical design documents.
Facilitates design workshops for End-to-End Compensation Processes with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommends robust design based on Oracle functionality.
Support the planning and execution of testing cycles, as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation.
Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
