About The Position

We are looking for an Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) expert to join the Accenture Mid-market business. This role is focused on helping Mid-market companies reinvent, scale, and compete effectively. You will be part of a global Accenture Oracle community, delivering innovative Oracle Cloud transformations for top enterprises. You will work on complex, meaningful supply chain modernization projects powered by the latest Oracle Cloud technologies. Accenture will invest heavily in your professional growth through Oracle certifications, learning programs, and mentorship from industry experts. You will contribute to high impact programs that transform the supply chain resilience of global clients. The role involves designing and overseeing the configuration of Oracle GTM, ensuring solutions follow Oracle leading practices, and leading client workshops, CRPs, testing cycles, and go-live activities. You will partner closely with technical architects, perform varied and complex duties requiring independent judgment, and apply Accenture's methodology. You will operate independently to provide quality work products, demonstrate expertise in functional and technical solutions, and may act as a team lead. Tasks include managing teams, interacting with customer leadership, and completing critical project documentation. You will gain client acceptance of the defined solution and translate client requirements into implementable solutions. Business development activities will also be part of the role. Supporting post go-live hypercare, optimization, and continuous improvement is also expected. All roles include some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships. Travel may be required.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) and related family products experience
Minimum of 3 years experience with end-to-end GTM implementations including strong knowledge of transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate degree with 6 years of work experience)

Nice To Haves

Oracle OTM/GTM certifications
Experience in integrating GTM with Oracle Fusion and other ERPs

Responsibilities

Design and oversee configuration of Oracle GTM including: Product classification (HS, ECCN, PGA), party and transaction screening (restricted party, embargo, denied party), Import and export compliance workflows, License management and utilization, Customs filings, trade agreements, duty and tax calculations
Ensure solutions follow Oracle leading practices and are scalable and audit-ready
Lead client workshops, CRPs, testing cycles, and go-live activities
Partner closely with technical architects to ensure functional intent is correctly implemented
Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) to meet customer needs
Apply Accenture's methodology, company procedures, and leading practices
Operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement
Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements
May act as the team lead on projects
Tasks include acting as leader, managing team, interacting with customer team leadership, and completing critical project documentation
Effectively consults with management of customer organizations
Gains client acceptance of the defined solution
Fully comprehends client requirements and translates them into implementable solutions
Participates in and/or supports business development activities
Understands how and is willing to do hands-on GTM configuration work
Supporting post go live hypercare, optimization, and continuous improvement
