About The Position

We are seeking an Oracle Finance Transformation Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Fixed Assets (FA) to support a large-scale ERP integration and finance transformation initiative. The primary focus of this role is the integration of a European business unit into an existing Oracle Financials environment (EBS or Fusion), ensuring alignment of financial processes, data structures, and reporting standards. This is a hands-on functional role, requiring direct involvement in system configuration, testing (UAT), data validation, and issue resolution across Oracle Financial modules. The consultant will collaborate with finance stakeholders, IT teams, and business leaders to gather requirements, recommend best practices, and ensure successful system adoption. In addition to the European integration, the consultant will contribute to ongoing finance transformation initiatives supporting Canadian operations, including process optimization and system enhancements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting, finance systems, or digital finance with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Proven track record in ERP implementations, rollouts, or system integrations.
  • Experience with data migration, data cleansing, and financial reconciliation.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes (P2P, R2R, A2R, Fixed Assets lifecycle).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (executive-level interaction).
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in parallel.
  • Experience working in matrixed, global environments.
