Oracle Fusion System Analyst
About The Position
The Oracle Fusion System Analyst will support financial systems across Oracle Finance. The posting describes two focus areas: Oracle Core Finance and Oracle EPM Solutions. Both roles bridge Finance and IT, partnering with Finance stakeholders to support processes, troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, coordinate testing, and enhance systems. The Oracle Core Finance focus supports Oracle Fusion Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, and Cash Management. The Oracle EPM focus supports Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Tax Reporting, and Predictive Cash Forecasting, helping Finance teams with budgeting, forecasting, financial close, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting. This is a contract role based in Golden Valley, Minnesota, and is fully remote. The stated pay range is $50.00–$65.00 per hour. The position is anticipated to close on October 23, 2026.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, financial systems, ERP solutions, or Oracle Cloud applications.
- Understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, reconciliation, and financial close processes.
- Experience supporting SaaS applications and participating in quarterly release testing and validation activities.
- Ability to independently investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution across functional and technical teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder requests.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work effectively with Finance leaders, business users, developers, and support teams.
- Analytical thinking, customer-service orientation, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities
- Support Oracle Fusion Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, and Cash Management, or Oracle EPM solutions, including Planning, FCCS, ARCS, Tax Reporting, and Predictive Cash Forecasting.
- Partner with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to support business processes.
- Troubleshoot application and system issues; investigate root causes and drive resolution across functional and technical teams.
- Gather business requirements and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial close, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
- Drive system enhancements and optimize the use of Oracle EPM tools.
- Participate in quarterly release testing and validation activities.
- Work with vendors, managed service providers, and Oracle Support to resolve application issues.
